Due to COVID-19 and the nature of bath and body products
All sales are final until further notice!
RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGED OR INCORECT ITEM/ITEMS:
If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Defender Soaps at defendersoaps@gmail.com with a picture of the issue within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation provided by USPS.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A store credit for the retail amount will be issued upon completion of return.
Due to the nature of bath and body products we hope you will understand that we cannot accept returns of used bath and body products. All sales are final once you open the product.
